Super busy and wide, it connects Vila do Abraão   to the most beautiful beach on the island, Lopes Mendes.

It's good to remember about possible detours to visit beaches like Julia,  Abraãozinho, among other wonders that will tempt you.

​

Great trail for beginner hikers. Easy orientation. The difficulty becomes between Abraão and Praia  de Palmas because there is a mountain range in the middle of the way.

From Praia de Palmas, the trail presents a brief climb and then descends gently to Praia dos Mangues.

​

On the way you will have wild animals, beaches with calm waters, restaurants on some beaches and the Church of Praia de Palmas.
