Adventurer's Beach
A place to listen to the sound of the waves and enjoy the light of lamps and candles or the moonlight. Its name makes sense because it is not always easy to get to Praia do Aventureiro.
When the sea is undertow it is not advisable to sail, crossing the “fearsome” points of Drago and Meros. Under these circumstances, the only way to get to Aventureiro is to walk from Vila de Provetá.
Aventureiro, according to many opinions, is the most paradisiacal place on Ilha Grande, with stunning landscapes, as it has resisted for decades without changing its characteristics.

Fine white sand, warm and transparent water. there are two trail options for the lookout points.
The shorter lookout on the left side has a beautiful view, but the level is higher.
The Sundara lookout on the right, has an easier level and the view is breathtaking..

You You can reach the beach by boat or speedboat from Provetá, Praia Vermelha, Araçatiba or Angra dos Reis.
You can also along the T9 Trail that starts at the end of Provetá Beach.
T9 can be considered medium to high difficulty. Excerpts of great declivity, dense forest and open fields.
